3.      The objects for which the company is established.

a)     To carry on business as importers, exporters, general merchants, general                  contractors, manufacturers representatives, traders in all kinds of goods, industrialists, clearing and forwarding agents, manufacturer’s agents, sales agents, general traders in relation to marketing, distributing and assembling of articles and spare parts at home and abroad as manufacturer’s representatives.

b)     To carry on business of oil and gas prospecting, exploration, field development, production, refiners, storers, suppliers, and distributors of petroleum and petroleum products in all its branches.

c)     To carry on business of selling generator servicing parts i.e. oil filters and fuel filters.

d)     To carry on business of rendering cleaning services.

e)     To carry on business of processing of materials into finished products as well as distribution of finished products.

f)      To carry on business of farming, live stock breeders of every variety of animal for the purpose of its sale as meat, poultry and of eggs.

g)     To carry on business of haulage of goods and services by road and sea.

h)     To carry on business as clearing and forwarding agents for other companies and individuals who engage in importation and exportation of various classes of goods.

i)       To go into partnership with other companies with regards the objectives mentioned above.

j)       To do all such other things as may be considered to be incidental or conducive to  the attainment of the above objects or any of them.

4.      The company is a private company.

5.      The liability of the members is limited by shares.

6.      The share Capital of the company is N 1,000,000.00  (One Million Naira) only divided into 1,000,000 Ordinary shares of  N 1.00K each

We, the several persons whose names and addresses are subscribed, are desirous of being formed into a company in pursuance of this Memorandum of Association and we respectively agree to take the number of shares in the capital of the company set opposite our respective names.
